I have lost count how many other house cleaners I’ve had come into my home and do “meh” to “pretty good” work, or they were not trustworthy to come even within an hour of the time I expected them.

With Fernanda and Hilton and their team, from the start I was impressed with their beautiful work, professionalism, positive attitude, extra touches (I love when my toilet paper and my towels make me feel like I’m in a hotel!), and great communication. I am NOT a stickler about time and if they’re running late or there is a change or delay, they let us know. Also, when I have suggestions or feedback, they’re gracious to receive it. Finally, my senior citizen mother is always there when they’re working and she always praises how fast (Fernanda) and hard working her team is!

Again, I have gone through so many other housecleaning companies and have not had success with consistent satisfaction after my previous housecleaners got too busy and I wanted to find a more frequent team. My family and I are overjoyed to have the gleam team to come every other week!

We’ve been using this cleaning team for about a year now, and I honestly can’t imagine using anyone else. We have a Samoyed (which means endless amounts of white fur!), and every time they leave, our house feels completely refreshed. They somehow manage to get all of the fur out of the corners, off the baseboards, and from places I didn’t even realize it had collected.

They’re always on time, incredibly kind, and so trustworthy. It’s such a nice feeling knowing we can count on them to take great care of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a thorough job, they pay attention to the little details that make such a big difference.

Professional cleaning is definitely an investment, but after a year of working with them, I can confidently say they’re worth every penny. Their consistency, reliability, and attention to detail have made our lives so much easier. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service they can truly trust. The first time the team showed up, the water was turned off but they offered to clean everything else anyway. I opted to have them come back a few days later and clean everything at once.
